Membership

Memberships must now be purchased through the RFU Game Management System (GMS).

Click the link below to go to the Game Management System. Once on the GMS system, if you have already received your log in details, DO NOT REGISTER AGAIN, simply log in.

If you are a new member: Click Create an Account and follow the process.

Please check that your personal information is correct before you buy your selected membership.

ACCESS THE GMS SYSTEM HERE. All Memberships must now be purchased through GMS system. Once logged in to GMS, please ensure you check and correct your personal details prior to purchasing your membership. All family members need to be on the system to qualify for the Family Membership

When joining as a Family Membership,please ensure that you register your children correctly, under the family membership and not a youth membership, otherwise the combined total will not be £300

Please confirm with your AGM if you are not sure how to do this.

All players at all ages must be registered to play at the club – please speak to your age group manager if you are not sure how to do this. If not registered, players are ineligible to play in RFU competitions.

Senior Player Membership

Regular players of any of the senior sides
Benefits include voting rights, BSA parking permit, international tickets application, club discounts including bar and sponsors.
Player only, does not include children or family members.

Family Membership

Free entry to Saturday 1st team home matches (free entry for all registered family members – normally £5 entry).
Only available for parents/guardians of children in youth section on GMS (U6 to U18).
Includes all youth and Colts playing family members on GMS
Excludes senior player registration for playing senior rugby.
Additional benefits include: voting rights, BSA parking permit, international tickets application and club discounts including bar and sponsors

Students

Over 18 students, currently in full time education and living away from home.
No match fee is paid if playing for 1st team.
Free entry to Saturday 1st team home matches

Youth Player Membership

Covers one child in the Youth Section (U6 to U18) registered on GMS for parents/guardians who do not wish to enjoy the benefits available to full members.

Vet Players

Vets members pay £20 per player for match fees
Players who already have a senior playing membership will be exempt from match fees.
Match fees must be paid prior to each game via squad manager
All players must register and pay membership fees on GMS prior to start of season

Vice President (VP)

General club membership.
Free entry to Saturday 1st team home matches.
Additional benefits include: voting rights, BSA parking permit, international tickets application and club discounts including bar and sponsors.

Social Member

Maidenhead RFC supporters who want to be part of the club and registered on GMS however have no children in the youth section nor wish to play.

Walking

For those who do not have an existing Maidenhead Membership.
Registered on GMS and receive the benefits of:
Use of pitch, equipment and BSA parking permit
Free entry to Saturday 1st team home matches

Donations
Irrespective of the membership level chosen, the Club is always delighted to receive donations. Should a member wish to make a donation please mark the amount in the box on the form, and thank you.

Parking permits
The RBWM in conjunction with the Braywick Sports Association has a parking permit scheme for the two car parks either side of the Club. These car parks are for permit holders only and will be enforced by RBWM parking attendants. Full Members of MRUFC, as per the table above, will receive their parking permit with their membership card following receipt of this year’s membership form and subs payment.
