If you would like to get involved in volunteering at Maidenhead Rugby Club there are a number of ways to make it happen.
Already a member or parent of a player? Simply get in touch with your Age Group manager or Kate Swinn (MRFC Volunteer Co-coordinator – [email protected]) to see how you can help out.
If you are new to rugby and are looking to get involved, contact Kate directly.
Everyone from the coaches, referees, team managers, committee etc are volunteers, so whether you’d like to help the club out occasionally, specifically support your child’s rugby or put your professional skills to good use, we would love to hear from you.
Without the time, energy and commitment of volunteers, rugby at Maidenhead and all clubs simply would not happen.

| September | Nicola Campbell |
When the girls teams went to Woodys, Nicola as part of the organising committee organised all the financials brilliantly and even organised everyone’s fancy dress. We went as Trolls (from TV) and every person (girls & parents) were allocated a character with a sheet of A4 highlighting character name, backstory and given accessories to match. Nicola went so far above and beyond in creating an atmosphere that involved everyone. She is a credit to the Girls Rugby section. Nicola receives a £10 Hawkinsport voucher. Thank you very much from all at the club. |
| September | Michelle Davies | She took on the role of fixtures secretary at the end of last season for the now U13s and has already sorted a full and varied set of fixtures for this coming season! Michelle receives a £10 Hawkinsport voucher. Thank you very much from all at the club. |
| September | Sarah Travers | For all the hard work she puts into arranging the fixtures, messaging the parents and coaches on Whatsapp to keep them updated with what’s going on. Chasing up the First Aid, new balls and kit etc. She’s still getting her head about rugby, but still gets on with it and gets the job done. Sarah receives a £10 Hawkinsport voucher. Thank you very much from all at the club. |
